"My name is Clifford. I am a man who was violantly abused as a child and by woman as an adult. I know the shame that us men feel . I was always told to (be a man about it), to tough it out, and stop your crying. Men being abused is sociaties dirty little secret that needs to be exposed. I was abused and i will not keep quiet about it. THERE IS NO SHAME IN BEING A MAN AND ADMITTING THAT YOU WERE ABUSED. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU LESS OF A MAN. Abusers use the shame that we feel to make sure that you do not speak up and tell others what has happened to you. I am a man who was abused and i will not keep quiet about it and i hope you will join me in speaking up."
